Carrying out the order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree to the name and social security number being registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason cannot take place.

Prices and product images:

The prices on the website are always stated in SEK and excluding VAT. Shipping fee will be added.

The product images on the website do not guarantee the exact appearance of the product. The table of contents of the product always applies before the product information on the website.

Smiling Faces reserve for errors can appear in price and product information. Smiling Faces reserves the right to adjust prices, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

In connection with your order, you agree that we use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance.

Shipping and delivery:

Smiling Faces normally handles your order within 1-3 days working days (except public holidays) from order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies. Smiling Faces cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Payment

All payment on shop.smilingfaces.se is made via Klarna checkout. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date can lead to late fees and interest, which is handled by Klarna.

Right of withdrawal and return

As Smiling Faces at home only markets food, this is not covered by the Distance Contracts Act, whereby the right of withdrawal or return is not applied.

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.)

Reklamation

If you have received a defect or incorrectly shipped item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you must of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
